PV Acupuncture & Healing Center is a full service acupuncture and herbal medicine practice for your whole family. We offer acupuncture, herbs, and other traditional oriental medicine modalities to help patients get well, and also stay well.

　

Wei-Chen Chen, Ph.D., L.Ac

Wei-Chen obtained his Master degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles; he also holds a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a California-licensed acupuncturist.

Together with Huang, Wei-Chen co-founded the PV Acupuncture Clinic in Torrance in 2003. His specializes in Pain Management, Sports Injuries and the management of fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine. Wei-Chen is also actively involved in promoting traditional Chinese Medicine in the community and has taken part in several health fairs events. He was also an adjunct examiner for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) Clean Needle Technique examination.

Hsiu-Min Huang, Ph.D., L.Ac

Hsiu-Min obtained a Master degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles and a subsequent California licensure in acupuncture. She obtained her PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Hsiu-Min has been in private practice since 2003, where she specializes in Woman’s Health, General Internal Medicine and Weight Management. In addition to her private acupuncture practice, Hsiu-Min is also active in promoting traditional Chinese medicine in the community and has volunteered her services at various community free clinics such as the Being Alive acupuncture clinic in West Hollywood.
